I tell you this to emphasise that with the right people to talk to you can hardly fail...like to tell you this, the most wonderful mailing on earth will die the death if sent to the wrong names...while the
worst mailing in the world can succeed if it goes to the right ones.


I shudder to think how much money has been wasted because insufficient thought has been given to the people who are being spoken to...

...if you don't know who you are talking to, you are unlikely to make the right offer, let alone gauge why they should want to buy whatever it is you are selling. 

Then, your creative idea (work) will almost certainly be wide of the mark. 

You need to ask some salient questions as in probe questions from your important prospects and paying customers...in other to know if they have any need for your product and at the same time to identify their area of need...that is what I called "appraisal of prospects" to know if you can add them to the list of important prospects and paying customers in your activity book.
