O - mean Obey the law of Marketing which says "the louder and higher your voice is in the market the more patronage" you will get.
W - mean Why wasting time since you know that Marketing and Selling is the only Fuel to power the engine of your business...go on, get moving.
T - mean Telling is not Selling, ignore the telling and focus on the selling. Telling will only lead to temporary sales but Selling is the road to permanent sales.
H - mean Help all paying customers and important prospects to identify their NEED and marry it with the BENEFITS of your products and services only.
