The story was told of group of young entrepreneurs who decide to go into business and leave their paid job. They went to invite an experience and successful Entrepreneur for a business talk and the man told them, "if there is any thing you need to take serious in your business, it should be who market and sell your business" ok sir! They all responded...but! non of them understand what their mentor said well.

They all took the advice to mean that their marketers and sales people must be on the filed at all time, Yes! But! They never knew that their marketers and sales people equally need to know how to market and sell their products and services right and well, all this are lagging in the school cert and inexperience people they all engage in their marketing and selling team, and in no time they all fade out of the business because of the persistent increase in debt that engulf their respective business and so, they  went back in search for paid job they all left before.

This is the main reason I wrote in one of my write-ups " WHO IS MARKETING AND SELLING YOUR BUSINESS?" this is a pertinent question for anybody going to or already in business.

You just can't do without Marketing and Selling. No! You Can't!
