With the level of campaigns, talk shows, workshops, seriousness, and energy put into empowering youths in difference kind of handiwork like Agriculture, bead making, shoe making (cobbler), liquid soap production, and various services to mention view.

Do you think that youths will stick to
all these kind of business without knowing how to Market and Sell the Products and Services produced by them to Paying Customers and Important Prospects well..

I SAY NO! NO!! NO!!!

Fact remains that before we all start to deem it fit as a civic responsibility and start campaigning, agitation, and calling the YOUTHS for SMEs in our beloved country, quite good numbers of youths are already into one SME or the other because you will all agree with me that there is no white collar job in this country for the youths for long time now, whether graduate or drop out. It is simply no job!

The question should be; why are they opting out and start searching for white collar job as we all use to call it again? Because the last time I checked, everyone loved to become a Managing Director (MD/CEO) True or False?

We can not achieve the goal of getting large numbers of youth into SME and retain them there without getting them equipped with Practical Marketing and Selling Skill, am not talking about text book marketing, I mean training them practically on stage to know Who and How to Market and Sell there products and services because they are the first custodian of that products and services.

The goal to sell any products and services is of great important to any Entrepreneurs, Investors, Businessmen and women. Whether this goal will be achieved or not depends on the quality of their Marketing and Selling skills.

My company has a simple mission: To Train emerging Entrepreneurs, Businessmen and women, Marketers and Sales people with the new ideas of Marketing and Selling Known as PMS that is; Practical Marketing and Selling whereby every participants will be allowed to sell his or her Products and Services Practically on Stage and will be helped to analyse his or her flaw and gap (that is; Mistakes) before embarking on real life Marketing and Selling and to vehemently analyse and impart them for Marketing and Selling to become emerging business leaders.

This is for any organisation or anyone who is passionately interested in knowing how to Market and Sell his or her products and services well - and for pacesetters who realize that the future and growth of any business lies in how you can Market and Sell the Products and Services of the business well.
