THE
LUKEWARMNESS OF MARKETERS AND SALES PEOPLE
Let us take
a look at the life of a marketers and Sales people critically. First, Marketers
and Sales people are the custodian of any company sales of products and
services; they are the Major Avenue or channel to push the products and
services to paying customers. So, the growth and development of any
organization, products, services, employees, and managers depends directly or
indirectly on the sales, which the company made through the effort of Marketers
and Sales people.
But!
Surprisingly, the Marketers and Sales people with these great responsibilities
are tepid and full of complain, confusion, and fear of prospecting.
It is these
same Marketers and Sales people who hold the Key of future survival of the
products or services and of the organization, they also expected to be the one
to train and mentor the up coming Marketers and Sales people for the company.
If you ask
me, I will say it is the duty of the business owner to look into this situation
if really his not happy with the ways and attitude of the Marketers and Sales
people towards his business. If it is clear that the Marketers and Sales people
are not ready to change their attitude, even when they were warned, and they
still took it with levity, and so, they have to lose the job and became jobless
in a country where job is a treasure stones…they may end up suffering.
It is also
the duty of marketers and Sales people to subject themselves to practical Marketing
and Selling Training in other to argument their marketing and selling skills
and techniques. Business owners as well have a great deal of responsibility to
get his Marketers and Sales people Trained before they will start causing
damages to his business and let it bankruptcy.
What
majority of Marketers and Sales people lack are basic practical marketing and
selling skills and inability to subject themselves to this practical Marketing
and Selling training skills and corrections. Fact remains that Marketers and
Sales people need continuous practical marketing and selling training on the
job and outside the job…every Marketers and Sales People can be better but only
through constant training.
It is not
when something get to the worst stage that we should be looking for solutions,
rather we should be open to changes, new development, new ideas, upgrading, and
new training. Let me conclude here by saying that any Marketers and Sales people
who refuse to upgrade himself through Practical Marketing and Selling Training
on Stage in other to save money is like a man who stop is watch in other to
save time.
