ATTRIBUTES OF SELLING

There is nothing you can say about Marketers and Sales people that do not fall under one of the attributes of selling. Selling is the only reasons for starting any business, I don’t want to know if you NGOs, government agencies, private companies, I say it again, selling is the only reason for the creation of that products and services, Selling is the reason you Advertise your products, Selling is the reason you embark on promotions of that products, Selling is the reason for your continued jingles on radio and television, selling is the reason you employ all your staffs, Selling is the reason for your company existence.

So, don’t tell me you can't do without Marketing and Sales people, don’t tell me you can't spend much money on your marketing and sales department, don’t tell me your Marketers and Sales people don’t deserve the best, don’t tell me Marketers and Sales people don have a say in your company, don’t tell me your marketers
and sales people have no influence on your company and products, don’t tell me marketers and sales people have to survive on their own, don’t tell me you don’t care about how your marketers and sales people are making the sales, don’t tell me you don’t care about what your marketers and sales people are telling you paying customers about your products and services.

I will say this again; any organizations that decide to stop marketing and selling in other to save time, are like someone who decides to stop his wristwatch to save time. You already know the result!

Selling Is The Survival Of The Fittest

Selling sees the invisible and achieved the impossible, selling is an act, selling is a process, selling is an action, not reaction, selling is a solution, selling is the only air which any business breathe in, selling is the oxygen of business, selling is the fuel that power the engine of business, sales people are the drivers, selling is not the main thing to grow and survive any business, is the only thing.

Many Employers, Marketers and Sales people nowadays have begun to give different attributes to selling. There are more to selling than all the beautiful things mentioned above. Selling is the KEY to making sales always, not only to the marketers and sales people but also to all employees in any organization. This is the reason I always say this to any employers who care to listen that every employee is marketers and have the potential of making profitable sales. Everybody tends to believe that only Marketers and sales people have the potential, ability, tendency to sell, but in reality, we all are selling either conscious or unconscious, directly or indirectly, professionally or armature. By projecting the good side of yourself you are definitely selling yourself, by projecting the good side of your company and its products and services you are selling it to that person or persons.

As a Marketer and Sales person when last did you enjoy the awesome wonder of selling?  Do you have or see the attributes of selling in you?    

If Yes! Then, why are you not exhibiting it in your daily basis? If No! I think it is time to get yourself Trained and acquire all these qualities to enable you to go far in your Marketing and selling career.
