THE FORCE BEHIND CLOSING BUSINESS!!

Many Entrepreneurs, business men and women also majority of Marketers and Sales persons consider Telling and Selling to be the same. They are never the same.

TELLING is the act of saying good things about your products and services, TELLING is making awareness, TELLING is show casing your products and service to the world, especially on the Internet, cloud, social media like konga, Jumia and the likes, TELLING is moving around and letting people know that your products and services exists.

SELLING is being converting those products and services into money, SELLING is the ability to make the paying customers see the reason to pay for your products and services and paid (we call it; closing), SELLING is the ability to identify the Need of the paying customers and important prospects a
nd marry it with your products and services benefits (we call it; Needs identification), SELLING is the ability to make paying customers stick to your products and services by coming to buy and buy again and even recommend his friends, colleagues, and neighbours to buy your products and services (we call it; customer retention).

When we talk about SELLING we talk about Money in bank account for the Products and Services, we talk about turn over,  we talk about Return On Investment (ROI).

When we talk about TELLING we talk about Publicity, we talk about Awareness, we talk about Show Casing.

Can you see now that Telling and Selling are two very different thing...

You will agree with me that Telling is not enough reason for starting a business but Selling is a good reason to do so.

By implication; let me ask these two simple questions:

Question 1; making publicity on the Internet, billboard, and the like is it the reason you set up that SME and Multinational business? Capital NO!

Question 2; converting those products and services into money, making turn over, and good return on investment ROI, is it the reasons you set up that business? Without any doubt I am feeling your big YES!

Let me pause here by saying Selling! Elevates Business not Telling!
