A lot of Entrepreneurs, Business men and women, and Investors think they can just set up a business and paying customers will flock to them. Sorry sir! It's doesn't work that way, nothing can move without a force behind it.
As we all know that for every Action there is a corresponding Reaction...there are two kinds of actions that all Business men and women need to portray that will coax paying customers to repeatedly buy their products and services and as well recommend it to others.
These two actions that the paying customers expect from you are:
A. Exceed their expectations
B. Constant improvement of your customers services
These two actions listed above can be classify as Value
Value can be determined by the quality of the products and service relative to its price. (i.e. Value for money)
However, some actions can replace quality very fast...image something as simple as packaging, and nearness to market can enhance the perceived value and paying customers reaction towards the products and services.
Always ensure that your paying customers have realistic expectations about your products and services...because if they are expecting your products and services to last them for five (5) years and your products and service are only designed to last three (3) years, ensure you make it known to them...before payment. (this is the main reason for needs identification).
