Do not say "I am convinced that" or "we are better than". Speak only about the best of your product and services or you keep mute.

Do not refer to your competitors, ignore every other person, place or products, except your products, your company, and yourself.


One of the secret weapon to keep your Paying Customers permanently is saying the Truth. "Honesty is rare and priceless"

Take my advise, any time you are planning to recruit marketers and sales people or review them, ask yourself; are these good Marketers and Sales people?
