What is the aim of PMS? In my view, it is quite simple and direct: to isolate the important prospects and paying customers individually to be able to ask them some important questions in other to UNLOCK their NEED and build a continuing relationship with them - to their greater benefit and your greater profit.
This aim can be break down into THREE SECTIONS, which I named the Three Advantages of PMS in the topic above.
SECTION ONE: When you isolate important prospect or paying customer individually it's implies that you will discover that their Need are different from other paying customers and important prospects. You will equally discover their peculiar distinguishing quality, by talking to them as individual, you can leverage on the informations you acquired about them (maybe via referral or by asking them directly) this will strengthen their relationship with you, you will gain their trust and be able to make appeals which are far more convincing and acceptable to them. You can't do this by placing your products and service on the cloud (SOCIA MEDIA).

SECTION TWO: When you isolate the paying customers or important prospects you will be able to ask them salient question to know which of your products and services will take care of their Need and at the same time be affordable for them to buy. Most time, the major challenge of products and services placed on the Internet are pricing, main while the products and services might be designed for negotiations. and so, this can only be achieved by isolating the paying customers and important prospects.

SECTION THREE: When you isolate paying customers and important prospects you will have the opportunity to ask and know the reactions of one paying customer and important prospect to particular products and services. You can also use their response to measure what is working and what is not working about your products and services ( maybe; it's the pricing, or the formula), it can even open your mind to the need for comprehensive research for improvement and effectiveness of your products and services.
