With this question you will know if they are going to redefine or reinforce your products and services interm of POSITIONING, in other to increase the sales of your products and services automatically.

This keep paying customers locked to your products and services otherwise they will go to your competitors.

4. WHAT ATTRACT PAYING CUSTOMERS AND IMPORTANT PROSPECTS TO A PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?

This is a very good probing question that you must ask your Marketers and sales people to know if really they know how to close paying customers and important prospects rightly or wrongly. Every Marketers and Sales people must know how to close paying customers and important prospects in a way that will make them to come buy again and again and refer their friends and colleague to it.

5. WHAT KEEPS AND PERSUADES PAYING CUSTOMERS TO A PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?

The answer is simple and direct. It is never being clever or having clever techniques. It is simply matching "NEED" with "BENEFITS" that is giving paying customers and important prospects exactly what they want. NOTE THIS; identification of Need, Unlocking Need, and Selling Need is far better than playing more clever before paying customers and important prospects.

6. WHAT MAKES PAYING CUSTOMERS KEEPS BUYING A PARTICULAR PRODUCT AND SERVICES AGAIN AND AGAIN?

The main reason any paying customer and important prospect can buy a particular product and services it's because of the utility derives from the consumption of that particular products and services NOTHING ELSE!!

Don't be too clever to ignore this...they are quite important as you climb the ladder of success in business.
