JUDGE NOT THE PROSPECT OR CUSTOMERS, ASSUME THE BEST!!

As a Marketing and Sales Trainer I teach people to be "assumptive." Assume that a prospect or customer is going to buy, and treat Him or Her accordingly.

The power of assumption really works. It's like positive thinking. it somehow project to the Customer or Prospect and becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Of course, a few Customers and prospects are downright difficult...that is, Occasionally we face the "Customer or Prospect from Hell."... But! most are very pleasant.

Every person is different; each has a unique personality. But the kind of people who tend to bug us the most are the ones who are not like us....

...accept this diversity and learn to enjoy it. 

Know that people's NEEDs are basically the same at some level...treating them like guests will create the most goodwill and powerfull basis for good customers.
