YOUR MASTER KEY TO PAYING CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION!!
There is no other powerful way to win and retain paying customers in business than to exceed their expectations. PMS is the term I use to remind and bring marketers and sales people and also Entrepreneurs and Business men and women back into this process.
PMS always strive to shape and sharpen your understanding of what paying customers want from your products and services. That is; Be Specific and Factual.

PMS will always show you Pictorial ideas on how exceed the paying customers expectations.
Let me wear my psychologist's lab coat for a moment and explain why PMS is so powerful.
See! Paying Customers are rational, sensitive and very clever people. So, in the process of selling; if their buying signal is very high, stop every other thing and Close by asking for Cheque or Cash. On the other hand, if the buying signal is lowTrial Close by stretching (offer) the products to them, you have nothing to loose, at worst he/she will say am not ready for it now, then, you will follow up. But! If he collect the products exactly! One minutes! after Ask for Cash or Cheque.
Remember! Without cash on your hand you haven't close yet!. Finally, if their is no buying signal at all! It mean you haven't identify any NEED at all! and so, You need to UNLOCK his Need immediately by asking probing questions. Don't try to Close without identify Needs.
Allow me to pull my lab coat now, let me say this here again; any paying customer who buys your products and services out of pity will never stick or recommend your products and services. People buy out of Emotions; and Emotion is based on perceptions that is; when they see what they tend to loose if they don't buy your products and services and when they see what they tend to gain if they buy your products and service. This invariably is their Need! That is why you need to unlock and identify their NEED!.
Customers who are satisfied may be "inert" or "motivated" Note this; motivation could be view in two ways, inform of Gifts items or Benefits. But! majority of Business men and women, Entrepreneurs, investors, Marketers and Sales people PUSH their products and services to paying customer and important prospects with gift items. It's like this; when you lie to enter into a relationship, you will need to keep on Lieing to stay and sustain that relationship, Right or Wrong my reader!

By implication; if you sell your products and services to paying customers and important prospects by given them gift item to motivate them, it simply means that you need to continue making provision for that motivation to keep them in your business because you only succeeded to sell motivation to them in the course of marketing them and not your main Products' BENEFITS! and so, I tell you, if you dare stop that motivation they are off.
