Hear this very clearly, in any isolating meeting between a Sales person and a paying customer, the talking aspect must come from the paying customer while the sales person do the listen to be able to identify the NEED of the paying customer and UNLOCKED it at once and match it with his product or services Benefits.

 

....the major duty of a Sales person is to initiate a probing questions and ask his paying customer and wait for response by listening attentively.
